If it doesn't resonate you can always change it. Your business is forever growing and evolving, just like your clients. The more you pay attention to your clients and what they're trying to accomplish, the better messaging you create.

When someone on your email list receives an email, they should feel like they're receiving something. Whether it's inspiration, a free download, or a physical gift, be someone who's known for adding value.

The myth is the people don't read long emails, but really, they don't read bad emails. People are hooked and engaged in your email then they'll keep reading. If you prefer to write long emails just make sure they're good!

Not everyone will open your email. People receive multiple emails every day and they may not open one from your company. But even if they don't open and read your email, they're still reminded of who you are. If they don't unsubscribe, they still want to receive your emails even if they don't open it.

If your content is relevant, your design is beautiful and your message is clear, and you're taking your customer on a journey, those who unsubscribe from emails are people who are likely not interested in your product or service right now.
