Grace Gudenkauf is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and cofounder of Women Invest in Real Estate (WIIRE) from eastern Iowa. She currently has 17 doors doing flips, wholesaling, and short- to long-term rentals (everything!) at the age of 25! She literally does it all at a young age, and her portfolio continues to grow exponentially!
