In todays solo episode I talk all about fatigue.  I briefly talk about mental fatigue and how its normal and not to worry when it happens.

Signs of training fatigue. Why its especailly important that women listen to them as well.

The importance of knowing when it is training fatigue or just not wanting to do it.

The importnace of listening to your body if it is fatigued and side affects that can happen if you do not listen. 

This is something I've done to myself on more than one occasion and it has led to me with injuries which put me out of action for a fair amount of time so I'm sharing this to help you avoid the mistakes that I made. (more than once)
