There is a difference between a spiritual battle and a natural battle. Yet, sometimes, it's difficult to distinguish the difference because they both can take an emotional toll. 

When you don’t feel well, it can be tough to pray. When you go the people you're supposed to be able to trust and you can’t find answers, you may start to despair - which by the way, is a sin against hope. 

As a driven Catholic woman yourself, it is my guess, that if you haven’t been challenged by health struggles caused to your body as a result of chronic stress, you know someone who has. This natural battle within the body, makes one an easy target for the evil one who likes to kick us when we're down.

In this episode I am joined by two lawyers from the Natural Catholic Women Facebook group who are making it their mission to educate women on how to better care for their bodies and protect them from the harsh effects of chronic stress. Katie and Diane share their first-hand experiences and knowledge of PCOS and endometriosis. They share simple tips on maintaining your blood sugar and some basic principles for natural Catholic living, so that you have more to give when the next physical/emotional/ or spiritual battle arises.
