62. Processing Emotions and Why It's Important

When you get a big cut on your arm, you don't avoid it and move on, you seek professional help and face the wound head-on. When it comes to our emotions, we can tend to do the opposite. We often find ourselves avoiding our emotions and pretending they aren't there. This is not very helpful. In this episode, Enoch and Austin talk about the importance of processing emotions and a couple of ways we can cope with them in helpful ways.
