This episode features Canadian S+C Legend Lorne Goldenberg. Lorne is a strength and conditioning coach and the owner of Strength Tek Fitness & Wellness Consultants in Ottawa. For 18 years he also owned Ottawa’s first athlete training facility The Athletic Conditioning Center.  He has worked for over 30 years for professional and prospective players in the NHL, OHL, NFL CFL, and Olympic Sports. Lorne’s career as an NHL strength and conditioning coach spanned seven different teams. He's been a leader in the S+C community in Canada for decades through his dedication and passion to the profession and sharing his knowledge. He's mentored some great coaches out there who are doing great things today. A good story of passion and work ethic, enjoy!
