Today I decided to expand a bit more on a post I made this week called "I'm trying to be healthy".
I discuss how a diet shouldn't rule your life, and that unless you suffer from any form of gut issues or allergies, you shouldn't be feeling anxiety at going out somehere to eat.
How we think training like an athlete is what is needed to reach out goals, and that we don't even see half of the training and planning that goes into things like the olympics or championships before aspiring to be like them.
I also discuss how the fitness industrys no rest, work every day mentality is actually dangerous for our physical and mental health.
And that you won't always feel good about your body but thats called being human and if the good days beat the bad days thats a massive win.
I got a lot of these ideas from clients I speak to day in day out and how it affects them and seeing the amount of pressure they put on themselves, and I just want you all to know it's ok and you are worth more than a number on the scales!
