Coreen is the founder of Inner Pttrn! She is a holistic practitioner including healing modalities such as plant medicine and reiki. 

She found her journey with herbalism and plant medicine after years of dealing with a myriad of health issues, and found that doctor after doctor wasn't taking her pain and problems seriously. After a ton of frustrating appointments, and even more research, she discovered a Naturopath who finally heard her concerns and put her on the path of holistic healing. 

Now she's on a mission to support women, especially women of color, in healing their nervous systems, supporting hormonal and cyclical living, as well as healing generational trauma.
