#64 Quickfixes aren't just for diets

So after a two week break I am back with a whole new ep AND a change of realese date too!  

I start the podcast by explaining why I took a lil longer off than oringally planned and then go on to explain the reasoning behind my change of release day. 

Then I get onto this weeks topic of how quickfixes are not just diet and training related. I talk about how we tend to go for painkillers instead of fixing the actaully issue when it comes to muscular pain. (I talk about this more indepth with the tiktok physio in ep #43) 

And also how instead of dealing with our own psychological issues we tend to turn to the likes of alcohol or other distactions in order to avoid getting to an uncomfortable place (also see ep #44 with Janette Murphy) 

This is not a lecture as I admit that I am just as bad at doing this as anyone else but if you are struggling with any issues like this I would advise seeing a proffesional that can help you with this!
