This week, we are doing another AMA episode. Ladies, you all have some really great questions, and I am thankful that I can hopefully shed some light on the questions that you have.  All right, so this week’s question comes from Zoe. 

Zoe says, “I know that God is there, but sometimes it feels like there’s no hope for anything. When my dad was placed in the hospital a few years ago I had lost all my faith. I still haven’t totally regained faith, but how can I? How can I have a better relationship with him?”

 Zoe, thank you so much for asking this question. Sometimes things happen in life that we don’t understand. We thought one thing and another thing happened. 

 However, I want you to know that God is not our problem when bad things happen, He is our solution. There is a very real devil who wants to destroy us. John 10:10 tells us that the thief (or the devil) is the one that comes to steal, to kill and to destroy, but Jesus has come that we may have life and life more abundantly. If it steals, if it kills or it destroys…it’s from the devil. If it gives life, it’s from God. 

 God is there for you, always. 12 different times throughout the whole Bible, God tells us that He will never leave us or forsake us…which means He will never turn His back on you. He loves you so, so much! It pains God to see us hurting. 

 Psalm 34:18 tells us that the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart.
