So this is a something I think is very topical right now as many of us have either already been away or will be going in the next few weeks and I wanted to cover it as a topic! I feel like holidays are like a diet on steroids We lose our routine. 

Eat more.

Drink more.

And when you get back it's easy to feel like you have to "get back on it" hardcore cos you feel bloated and icky I wanted you all to know that you don't have to go straight back on a diet and punish yourself for having fun!

Today I talk about how I came back to training and routine after my holiday.
