hey! happy holidays! 

Im sure you'be heard or even said that this next year is going to be "your year" or even better then the last... well... my question is why? What will be different? How will YOU be different in this next year? 

Let me be real with you, I WANT this next year to be better than the last. Trust me, I'm rooting for you, but as a good friend, I also want you to know that it requires some change, and change can be uncomfortable.
