The pathway to true happiness, confidence, success, and fulfillment isn't in getting things...it's in living in the moment.

We want the moment beyond this one to BRING us happiness. We feel there is the promise of something better in that future moment, or we want to go back and change our past so we don't have to feel upset about those mistakes we went through.

And guess what, doing that, it only creates more unrest.

Life is not about perfection. I know we know this, so then why do we seek for it all the time?

It's because we have been thinking that a different moment will BRING us what we want instead of understanding that in this exact moment we can find everything we ever have wanted or needed.
