I think we have all said or thought this at some point in our lives.

I know that I certanly have.

As recently as last week.

We know that fat is not an emotion yet we still find ourselves refering to it like it is.

With eating disorders on the rise across men and women of all ages, it's very important that we look at what is causing us to feel this way. Acknowledge it and see how we can move on from it or risk it taking hold.

We also need to be careful how we talk about our younger relatives and understand how an off hand comment by you can affect them greatly in the long run.

If this is something that you feel resonates with you, Do not be afraid to seek proffessional help as the consequences can be both physical and metnal over time.
