Do you ever worry about being hungry? Our primitive brain gets REALLY SCARED, like we may starve. But we know in modern times that a professional women isn't likely to actually starve. However, that's where the fear comes from. Maybe we just don't want to be hungry, and that's okay--we can make a plan for what to eat if we do get hungry, but then only eat IF we get hungry. All good: no panic feeling, no scarcity, and you get food when you need to eat. That's what I talk about on the podcast today.
