What's the biggest reason you feel stuck? Whether it be romantic, business, personal, or such...there is one thing that is helping or hindering your growth...and that one thing is your internal programs.

Miscommunication, biases, fear, and internal programming is controlling your thinking.

Everything that we process has to go through some sort of internal program we have created over time. Some programs are good, and some are limiting beliefs and fears.

In this podcast, I talk about the Neuro Linguistic Model of Communication and the filters that develop our mindset. I specifically go over the process of how we generalize the information that comes in which can help or harm us.
