In the latest installment of the Allison Interviews Podcast, journalist and host Allison Kugel talks with famed Israeli-born, award winning baby bedding and baby nursery designer, Nava Writz Bogaard. Nava recounts her upbringing in 1950s, 60s, 70s and early 80s Israel when the Jewish state was just getting its feet and the economy was fledgling. Her story takes her to emigrating to the U.S. in 1982, conquering the design and baby bedding world and adorning the nurseries of some of the world’s most famous babies from JLo’s twins and Beyonce’s oldest daughter to Michelle Obama’s daughters, Paul McCartney’s baby and more. Her magical life’s journey took her from NYC to Beverly Hills and then to the set of ABC’s Good Morning America and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
