Hey Heal Squad! It’s another What Worked This Week with Maria,  and this one is all about simple shifts that can create real healing. First up a powerful breathing technique Maria was reminded of when she chatted with someone who does bioresonance therapy. Let’s just say if you have had moments of anxiety, fear, or just need a quick reset …this  exercise totally helps! It can help regulate the nervous system and move you out of fight-or-flight. Such a great tool! Next a spontaneous moment with her dad that turned into something magical. Using AI tools, they created an original song in Greek which is  proof that creativity and technology can come together in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. We promise this song will make you cry even if you don’t understand Greek. Then, have you ever had a “no plans” day?? Maria’s cancelled commitment led to a full self care day and again it was another great reminder that rest isn't a luxury, it’s necessary. Finally, forgiveness. Maria reflects on how holding onto anger can live in the body ( her hips are where she stores it!). But releasing it can open the door to true healing.
