On June 14th, 1988, 23-year-old Philip Fraser began the long drive from Alaska to Washington, where he was to start college. After picking up a hitchhiker in British Columbia, Philip was never seen alive again. That hitchhiker remains the key suspect in Philip's murder and has evaded the police since 1988.
