I used to come home from vacation more exhausted than when I left. Five days in Montana with my family, the Ariana Grande collab had just gone live at Reebok, I finally slept 10 hours and woke up horizontal for three days feeling worse than on my busiest office days. At the time I thought I was just broken. Turns out I was running on stress hormones as my primary fuel source. And the second the threat disappeared, my body crashed and sent me the bill.
