In this episode, we had an awesome conversation with Alvin Uy. He is a successful real estate investor who immigrated to the US from the Philippines at the age of 12. Alvin diversified his investments and started flipping houses and building his rental portfolio in Los Angeles. He is the CEO of a design agency and uses the profits to invest in real estate. Recently, he decided to pivot 100% to real estate and closed down his design agency due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alvin has discovered ADUs and started a construction company, scaling operations and planning to build a fund shortly. He is also scaling Airbnbs and partnering with Rafa. Alvin's focus is on building generational wealth for his family.
