Hi everyone

We hope you are having as positive an employment rights week as possible under the new normal post covid working world.

Remember, we are here to support you if you have any questions that relate to your employment rights and any questions about your working life or career.

This week, we’re looking at a question that has come up for several people in our community who asked questions about what they need to do if they have left a job on bad terms with the employer and the employer is delaying or refusing to give them their P45 to smooth out the start of their new job.     The question was whether there was a work around for this problem.

So… in this week’s episode, we give you three workarounds you can use to fix the situation of not having a P45.
