Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking about the Republican National Convention and shares Annette Albright's speech from the RNC last night. Albright was a teacher at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and was assaulted by a group of students. She called for our politicians to fix our broken system and hold kids accountable at schools, do not allow a few bad apples to interfere with the rest of the students' education. Public schools are failing the youth of America, the future of America.

Brett also shares a clip from Mark Garrison, from the WBT Newsroom, where he interviewed the owner and customers at a Trump store in South Carolina.

Later in the show Brett shares an interview with Leigh Brown, former Republican congressional candidate from NC district 8, sharing her thoughts from her first time at the Republican National Convention.
