The chants for Fizdale's head was predictable given the history of the Dolan regime. Mills needs to go too! Scott Perry has done a respectable job considering who his bosses are, but he has to be the sacrificial lamb. Clean house! Hell, bring Sam Hinkie in and start a 7 year tank process because Lord knows RJ, Mitch and co. won't be sticking around long term. The last draft pick that was brought back on a 2nd contract was...wait for it...Charlie Ward. Let that sink in. Does someone have Jeff Bezos's number? #SellTheTeam

Early season thoughts on everything NBA!

Fizdale should be on the hot seat, still hasn't implemented a system or identity. Frank does all the little things that help his team win but don't show up in the box score. DSJ has been a bust. Dotson and Brazdeikis need playing time. Knox should be starting. Robinson needs a PG and shooters around him. RJ is a beast. And the Nets get another free pass from the media.

What to make of the recent comments by Kevin Durant (about the Knicks) and LeBron James (about Daryl Morey's comments regarding China and Hong Kong). And David Fizdale better start showing he can run a modern offense instead of paying lip service to analytics.

Rumor has it that Kevin Durant is aiming to come back THIS season, and if true this would be a major mistake. Will Jarrett Allen, Joe Harris, and Mitchell Robinson take a step forward after their stint with USA basketball? Is RJ Barrett going to live up to expectations in year one? David Fizdale has a lot to prove to be mentioned in the same sentence as Kenny Atkinson.

Is the addition of Al Horford and Josh Richardson enough to offset losing Jimmy Butler and JJ Redick? Ben Simmons and Giannis Antetokounmpo must improve their jumpers if they want to take their teams to the promised land. New Nets owner Joseph Tsai has a few PR tricks up his sleeve to steal away Knicks fans, will signing Carmelo Anthony be one of them?
