The gentle pitter-patter of raindrops could be heard throughout Ahway Island as a soft mist enveloped the landscape. The grey clouds hung low in the sky, casting a shadowy hue over everything below. Yet, despite the rain, the warm sun peeked through the clouds, casting a radiant glow that illuminated the island in a beautiful golden light.

Rumina Rainbow looked out over the island. It was her favorite thing to do whenever she had a moment to herself. She loved the way the lush green trees stood tall, reaching up towards the sky. The blue waters that surrounded the island were crystal clear and sparkled in the sunlight. It was a place of unparalleled beauty, and she felt lucky to be able to call it home.

Today’s Meditation: Imagine floating on a cloud, and relax into the feeling of lightness.
