Although the merger could be great for his team, the company, and the health system, which he believes has been big and bureaucratic and not giving enough space for the process to take its course. Joseph has had numerous challenges with the health system as a partner since the beginning of their relationship. Despite these obstacles, he is determined to push through and make the merger a success.
