I didn't think I'd share this personal story from my Thanksgiving break but I felt like it really hit home for me on my journey of parenting as well as self discovery. So I invite you to take a listen, and possibly see yourself in my story.

We are so deeply intertwined with all of our "shoulds" that we've lost a large part of ourselves. My goal in everything I do as a coach is to help us figure out how to come back to ourselves so we can ultimately show up the way we truly want to show up.

We've taken on more in this life than our nervous systems can handle. And I'm hoping that through this work we can soothe and comfort that out of wack nervous system. I know it's possible because I see the bread crumbs and the small wins all the time through this practice.
