WISHLIST: (13:05) Alison is wishing for an inversion table! Lulu wishes for Magic Spoon cereal. It's a high protein, low-net carb AKA keto-friendly cereal, yes she is still on keto and Alison forgot they were supposed to be doing it together.

LULU’S 10K DAY - SUFFOLK COUNTY, UK: (17:51) Lulu gets a band bus, which she will use to tour the county of multiple rural villages. She stops to see the Bures Dragon and Framlingham Castle, before heading to the Red Rooster Festival. She buys multiple items to make her parked bus are the place to be, including an outdoor furniture sectional and multiple bottles of gin from Heart of Suffolk Distillery. Milsoms at Kesgrave Hall for dinner closes out her day.

ALISON’S 10K DAY - AMANGIRI: (27:48) Alison searched for a once-in-a-lifetime splurge and found Amangiri. Half an hour from any town, this resort in the Utah desert is a hotspot for celebrities to vacation. Alison stays at the resort at the lowest rate, which includes all meals, use of pools, sauna, and steam room, guided hikes, and daily fitness classes. One spa service and she is tapped out. 10K goes fast here.
