Melissa figures out the quintessential things she must try in North Carolina, at least, according to the Internet. We talk about chili and slaw on dogs and the oldest BBQ in the United States. Stephen tackles Terlingua with no Boy Scout cooking badge but surely he has defied the odds. Stephen kisses all the food in his kitchen first to bring out the best flavors.
