  • The murder took place 70 plus days before the two men George and Travis McMicheal were arrested or charged
  • District Attorney "George Barnhill" immediately concluded that Arbery was a criminal and attacked the men that hunted him down
  • Glynn County ask the Georgia Bearu of Investigations to get involved in the case WEEKS LATER
