#74 How to love yourself or at least become body neutral

You've probably heard of body positivity but today I wanted to talk a lil bit about body neutrality

 It can be so hard to just accept ourselves and feel good about ourselves when the whole world is teaching us the opposite.

Today I talk about the different tactics company's use to sell you something.

How beauty standards are every changing so how can we keep up with them how you need to look out for filters and other ways of making people appear perfect on camera.

I also talk a bit about cellulite and how it's not actaully real (mad I know) as it is a great example of how the beuaty industry created another thing for us to hate about ourselves in order to sell us a product.

Remember you don't have to love your body every day and there will be days that you may not feel amazing about it. Thats normal, it just means your human so instead of beating yourself up for this happenening try acknowledging the feelings and finding our where they come from.
