Last week we started a series on Overcoming the Lies of the Enemy. In this series, we’re going to be talking about some of the biggest lies that the enemy has been telling teens today, what the truth is, and how you can help those who may be caught up in these lies.

Lie #2 that we are going to talk about is, “There are many ways to get to God.”

Statistic: Almost half of Christians today believe that even if you don’t believe in Jesus, you can still go to heaven. 

 Statistic: Only 32% of Christians say you can’t go to heaven if you don’t make Jesus the Lord of Your Life.

Teen Statistic: 45% of teens in general believe that many religions are true. Only 31% say that there’s only one faith that’s truth. 

 
If the lie is that there are many ways to get to God, what is the truth? 

 John 14:6 and this is Jesus speaking says, “I am THE way, and THE truth, and THE life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Notice He didn't say, I am A way, A Truth, and A Life, but instead He said THE.
