This episode is in addition to one I had done last year in regards to somebody with BPD who has a favorite person. This episode is specifically around someone who has BPD and builds their favorite person up to the point of perfection in a distorted way to get them in their life but this might also be helpful for somebody who doesn't have BPD so they might recognize if they are becoming a favorite person.
