It was a sunny, warm afternoon on Ahway Island. A gentle breeze lazily rustled through the leaves on the trees that dotted the land around the homes in the town. A group of finches twittered a cheerful tune as they flitted this way and that in the air, playing an energetic game of tag. Rays of sunshine sparkled through the windows of the living room of the Love family home. Britney Love was eagerly waiting for her dad, Mr. Love, to finish putting away the clean dishes in the kitchen.

Britney was excited because her dad was going to teach her how to shoot hoops today. Britney had never learned how to play basketball before, but she always had fun with her dad, no matter what the activity was.

Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.
