More about Lynzie: In 2007, Lynzie Smith started her journey as a Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist. While navigating the process of entrepreneurship, Lynzie began offering coaching services and hosting networking events and workshops in 2013. Through the process, she learned so much from the artists she was coaching. This led to the idea of launching a platform designed specifically for the entrepreneur in the Beauty/Barber Industry, providing a space for all members to contribute, ask for support, learn from one another, and easily network. 

Common Wealth is a collective of Hair Stylists, Barbers, Makeup Artists, Manicurists, Estheticians, Massage Therapists, and experts/professionals who support these Entrepreneurs. While the services offered may be different, the business requirements to be successful are the same and the networking opportunities are abundant!

Lynzie appreciates the hard work that goes into successfully building a business. Her passion for networking and education creates a truly collaborative approach to support each other through community.
