Working in a shelter has me looking at human suffering differently. Sometimes interactions with people waaaaaay worse of than me can be irritating, and also I’ve helped a few people who were unappreciative at the time. But I’ve b on both sides of the fence so I get it.

In this rant I go into a story of some foolishness I saw where teens were instigating drama with a homeless addict and thinking shit was funny.

The fact that it’s November is alarming not just because the year’s almost done, but also because extended stretches of time can’t be accounted for lol. It is what it is, but damn....September and October are somewhat “blank”. Gotta keep pushing forward though, I won’t dwell on it henceforth.

To those on the road to progression, highs and lows are inevitable. Keep a brave face and do what needs to get done.

Grab meds and a hat for the cold season. Can’t put off little tasks.

PSA: If you restrict your food, have body dysmorphia, have been diagnosed with EDNOS, anorexia, etc...Wellbutrin may not be the best choice for you. Kills appetite. As someone who battles with weight gain/loss this is “good” in some sense, but can definitely get out of hand.

The vibrations become “normalized” after some time. Everybody has a different experience with Wellbutrin. This is mine thus far after about a week. The “clouds of doom” seem to be departing.

Ranting about the different personalities you encounter “in the workplace”, not needing to be “nice” or interact with EVERYBODY”. Also, a diet of mostly carbohydrate will have some form of effect on “u”.
