Breaking the proverb down by relating it to Ottawa rooming house experiences. Very obvious that it’s “0/10” housing, but when you need the short term comfortability, “u” overlook the red flags. Really you have no choice but those red flags and warning signs “r” there.

the concept of “not putting all your eggs in one basket”. seeking opportunities and trying to be careful because you don’t want to quote unquote “go to 0” and lose everything.

Wallowing in defeatism at home will not help. GET OUTSIDE!
