What a year it has been and what better way to celebrate than by talking about some of the games that truly spoke to us this year. For this episode, I am joined by freelancer at large Moises Taveras (@platanoranger) to discuss the eight games that got us through the year that was 2021 and what games we are looking forward to in 2022. 

The last normal episode of the year! Ending the year with lots of NFT talk in the gaming space! Maybe I can mine for Ubisoft NFT's to keep warm through the cold months ahead.

The Game Awards 2021 were a true celebration of video games, and mostly video games since the time allotted for the people who made said games to give award speeches was really short. Hopefully next year they can cut down on some announcements or Imagine Dragons to give time for these people who are making the incredible things they are there to celebrate.

Anyway, here's all the stuff that happened!

No seriously, I really like financial data. Ads and marketing integrations come and go, but numbers don't lie. I'd love to dive deeper into all these financials in the future, but a short, weekly news show might not be the medium for that. Oh, and ELDEN RING!

Wow, people sure love announcing cool stuff on Fridays, especially just early enough in the day that I can't wake up and add it into the show. I'm not bitter, I promise.
