Ready for her next challenge she walked back into the corporate arena as a VP of Marketing. She loved how trade-shows could take a timid entrepreneur and turn their company into an established brand - virtually overnight. She increased the firm’s media partnerships by 333% in 6 months and developed an exhibitor-training program to teach companies how to maximize profits. This led Michelle to published her first book at age 27 on how to increase ROI through trade-shows. In 2016 at the age of 29 she launched Texi Boots, LLC – The Original Pink Sole™ Cowgirl boot brand while taking the role as Sales Director for the International brand Poo-Pourri. Through her close relationship with Poo-Pourri founder, Suzy Batiz, Michelle learned the complicated world of manufacturing and her love of entrepreneurship flourished. This inspired her to launch her own foundation in order to start giving back. With the example of great women who came before her, Michelle decided that her company Texi Boots would give back a portion of its profits to help other female entrepreneurs, and she has begun the launch of The Pink Sole Foundation. At age 31 Michelle Pitre is the founder of Texi Boots and owner of a retail based consulting and brokerage firm, Pink & Associates. She specializes in training companies how to launch their product into the mass market of retail.
