In this episode of the podcast we look at posture. We often hear about the effect of certain postures on our body whether that be rounded shoulders, slumped at a desk or a forward head posture.

There is always going to be different opinions on what's best, so in this podcast I want to chat more on principals of your body and how these are expressed through posture.

I discuss why posture is thought to be an issue, what affects your posture, as well as when is it a problem & when should you look to change it.
