More specifically, women with PCOS tend to struggle with:

  • Constantly feeling the urge to snack
  • Experiencing intense sugar and carb cravings 
  • Thinking about food often and struggling to feel satiety 
  • Hunger, cravings and increased appetite may seem related to willpower or self-control but in fact, there is a strong hormonal component behind these food-related sensations.
