Do you ever looks at old photos of yourself and think "i wish i still was that weight"
or maybe its a model or influencer that you are comparing yourself to
Do you ever think about what was happening at the time of the photo? Was it a good time for you or when you think about it was it really a bad time and weightloss was a result of stress anxiety or something else?
Maybe on the flip side it was a time that you were more active and made more effort with food choices and this was why you looked that way.
Today I delve into this and talk about my owns story of when I weight 46kg and how at the time I thought it was great but looking back I wasn't actually in a good place
Hopefully this story will help anyone currently struggling with issues like this and remind them that weight fluctuation is normal as, after all, we are human.
As it is that first few weeks of January, I think its the best time to talk about this while everyone is in their "new year, new me" phase
Is this something that you do?
