In today's episode, we invite you to come up with 3 simple, easy-peasy steps to get started in your stepfamily.  If you've got one big hairy, audacious goal, you've got to break it down to get started and show "overwhelm" the door.

Here are 5 things, in addition to the SMARTER framework (See Mission #003) to consider when evaluating your goals:

1. Difficulty (low/med/high)
2.  How important is this to you? To your marriage?
3. What skills do you need to accomplish the goal?
4. What's your commitment/motivation level? (low/med/high)
5. Have you ever done this before?  If not, it's likely going to take longer/be harder and will impact the difficulty level.
