This week, we're back for part two of Anthony Sowell. There are more attacks and murders, and the stench in his East Cleveland neighborhood grew worse as Sowell was not skilled at body disposal. Along with this, the ECPD did nothing as at least three women came forward to report being assaulted by Sowell, so there's that.
