With Thanksgiving being last week, it felt right to do an episode on gratitude. Having gratitude doesn't have to be a one time a year thing. It doesn't have to be a holiday thing. It doesn't have to be a thing to be embarrassed about. It shouldn't be.It's called practicing gratitude for a reason. You need to actually feel the gratitude... Think and FEEL about what you're grateful for. When you're grateful for what you have, you're less likely to take it for granted. When you're grateful for what you have you're more likely to work hard to keep it. Maybe it sounds wishy washy, maybe it sounds minimal, but as we always say on this podcast... EVERYTHING starts in your mind. Get out your phone, or a pen and paper and write down some things you're grateful for... and then say them, feel them, and live them. See what happens!
