It has been confirmed that Los Angeles will host the 2028 Olympic Summer Games, but the bid isn't all something for the city to celebrate.  While the City of Angels is better equipped to host the Games than most places, it will almost certainly lose at least $2 Billion due to required infrastructural upgrades.
