Stephanie Carinia has a MSc. Clinical psychology & a post-graduate degree in Clinical psychology at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She’s a registered CBT, EMDR & MBT therapist, also trained in Schema focused therapy and working psychodynamically. She’s specialized in personality disorders, trauma, and addiction. Her goal is to deconstruct why we behave the way we do & (re) connect you to your intuition, as well as empower you.

Her mission is to help people connect to their true selves, to trust their intuition, and become empowered. This has been a real game-changer for a lot of her clients. She focuses on your personality, why do people behave the way they behave (the unconscious).
