In this episode we will discuss internal programming and how that affects the decisions that we make. How the beliefs that we have can cause us to do things the same way over and over again as opposed to trying to do things differently. How sometimes we do not even realize the programming that we have within us, but it is necessary to become aware of it if we want to change it.
