At a bit of a loss on this one Hooligans. The devastating news was announced Wednesday night that founder of Shot Of Freedom Whiskey passed away. We have the absolute honor of interviewing this American hero in 2020. This episode is a special episode as a tribute to a real hero. Rest in peace Truth Hooligan. It is with immense grief and sadness that we share the devastating news of the loss of our founder, USMC Captain Zach Hollingsworth. Zach passed away on October 8, 2021. He was a brother, a friend, a hero, a husband, a father, a son, and many more things to so many people. His impact on everything and everyone around him was immeasurable. He was our rock, our fire, and our fearless leader. Zach always knew what to say and what to do under any circumstance we faced.

Being in his presence for all of these years, we were conditioned to be the best possible versions of ourselves. His fierce work ethic and loyalty to our mission fueled our fire. His unwavering dedication to his fellow veterans was unparalleled.

We ask that Zach’s family and inner circle be given the privacy that they deserve to grieve and mourn this monumental loss.

Rest in peace, brother, and as you would always say, “Until we meet again in the Halls of Valhalla.”
