You can be fit and not healthy but you can't be healthy without being fit. We are fitness trainers but if we actually succeed with a client they become more than fit they become healthy.

Last episode we discussed the three types of fitness goals: Look, Feel, and Perform; today we discuss the 6 ways to become truly healthy (and its nothing about going to the gym).

#1 - Disconnect (limit) from all media.

#2 - Eat dinner with your family.

#3 - Seek Coaching or therapy.

#4 - Spend lots of time outdoors.

#5 - Voluteer your time.

#6 Follow a spiritual practice.
